On the 'solutions for tomorrow' seminar Futureproofed, together with 2 other design studios Cides and Fosfor, took the challenge to design a energy efficient solution for an average home. The challenge was to do this within 5 hours and so inspire all the designers attending the seminar.

The 'designchallenge' team took a closer look at all the wasted heat in a household and noticed that it could potentially be recovered to heat sanitary hot water.

Futureproofed, Fosfor and Cides were very proud of the result. Maybe some day it will commercialized?
